About Us
Joseph Wynn (Owner) has a degree in Architecture from the University of Florida and is a member of the American Institute of Building Design. He has been designing homes and additions in the local area for more than 25 years and has also built homes as a residential contractor. He has presented at many of the annual Home Shows held at the Leon County Civic Center and participates in continuing education regarding building practices and Green design techniques. In 2007, Joseph Wynn was given an Award of Merit by the Tallahassee Trust for Historic Preservation for his design work on the restoration of the Hart House in Myers Park.
Alicia Harris (Managing Partner) has a Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University and has been designing custom homes and additions in the Florida panhandle since 2005, and has been working in conjunction with Wynn & Associates since June of 2007. Alicia relocated to Fort Walton Beach in April of 2009 and opened our first Wynn & Associates satellite office. She is currently a member of the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Carrie Eller (Designer) has a Bachelor of Science degree in Residential Sciences and a Certificate Minor in History of Interiors from Florida State University. She has also received a certificate in Classical Architecture from the Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America. Carrie has been designing in Tallahassee since 2003.
Liza Quimby (Office Manager) has received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and has obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration, both from Keiser University. Liza has been working at Wynn & Associates since 2008. Her responsibilities include administering scheduling, bookkeeping, marketing and information management.
